Age

The age of an open work item or assignment is the elapsed time between the date and time the work item was opened (or reopened) and the current time.

For a resolved work item or completed assignment, the age is the time interval between when it was created when it was completed, also known as cycle time.

Standard properties and reports support age reporting, an indication of how well the organization delivers service.
