Charge amount

Optionally, your application can associate a monetary fee or price with the completion (resolution) of a work item. The Work- class includes two standard properties for recording this amount and identifying an account to be charged.

The Work-.pyChargeAmount property has a type of Decimal. This property can contain a value representing a currency charge amount. The Work-.pyChargeTo property can identify an account, organization, or party to be charged.

Also, you can associate a cost number (in any units) with each flow action selected during the course of a work item's processing. The system automatically maintains a total of this for each work item. This total can be a basis for internal costing or charging in your application
