The Shortcut tab has four required fields, and an optional properties section.
At the top of the tab appears the Shortcut Title field. Provide a brief, descriptive title.

Applies To |
Provide the Applies To part of the report this shortcut applies to. Type the first few characters and click to down-arrow for the SmartPrompt field to display available options. |
Rule Key |
Provide the Rule Key of the report this shortcut applies to. Type the first few characters and click to down-arrow for the SmartPrompt field to display available options. |
In this area you can provide additional information about the report in the Report Description field. This information appears in the Report Browser in the Description column for the report for which this is a shortcut.
If the report requires or accepts parameters, you can specify them in the Parameter Name - Parameter Value fields. Add as many name-value pairs as you need to provide appropriate parameters for the report.
