About the Favorite Explorer

Use Favorite Explorer to quickly access your personal and access group favorites. Displays a list of favorites that provide a quick shortcuts to delegated rules or data instances when working in the Designer Studio or in the Case Manager portal. See How to delegate a rule.

Select Favorite from the Explorer area.
To toggle the display of personal favorites and access group favorites, open the Explorer menu and select Show Access Group Favorites or Show Personal Favorites.

To open a favorite's form, select any of the item's short description, key parts, or form name.

You can also perform these tasks in this Explorer:

To filter the display of favorites, type text in the Explorer Search box to return the records that contain the text displayed in the Explorer. Clear the box to display all the records
To change the name of the favorite, select Edit favorites from the Explorer menu.
To delete a delegated rule or data instance, select a favorite, open the right-click contexty menu and click Delete this favorite.
To run the favorite (such as activities or processes), select Run in the right-click context menu.

You can also access a list of your favorites by selecting My Favorites from your profile menu.

When you delete a record and close it, the item is removed from the Explorer.
