Interaction History landing page

Access this landing page by selecting the > Decisioning > Monitoring > Interaction History menu item.

Use Interaction History Reports to access reports defined on Data-Decision-IH-Fact and to monitor interaction results.

This landing page displays four default reports:

Accept Rate - Percentage based. This report shows the acceptance per proposition group.
Volume by Channel - Volume based. This report shows propositions offered per channel.
Volume by Proposition - Volume based. This report how many times propositions were offered.
Recent Interactions - Displays Interaction History records for the last 30 days.

Available in applications that have access to the Decision Management rule sets through Application Rulesets or PegaDM as Built on Application.
