Simulation Settings landing page

The Predictive Analytics Director settings landing page allows you to configure the settings that apply to the Predictive Analytics DirectorPredictive Analytics Director (PAD) portal. The PAD portal is available if your access group's portals list contains Padportal.

• Entitled to use outcome inferencing: when enabled, you to PAD projects with additional data analysis steps that define how to handle unknown behavior.
• Select internal database: the database used for the PAD repository. By default, the PAD repository is assumed to be configured by the PegaDATA database instance. Change this setting to use a dedicated database.

Because the settings modified through this landing page apply to any operator using the portal, you should only modify Predictive Analytics Director settings when there are no operators actively using the Predictive Analytics Director portal at the time of applying the settings. If you apply new settings and there are operators actively using the Predictive Analytics Director portal portal, they can experience unexpected behavior and project inconsistencies.

Available in applications that have access to the Decision Management rule sets through Application Rulesets or PegaDM as Built on Application.
