Decision shape

A decision shape on a flow references a

• A map value
• A decision tree
• A decision table

At runtime, the system evaluates the decision rule to determine how a work item progresses through the flow. The work item progresses along one of the connectors leading from this shape, depending on the outcome of the decision rule.

On the Diagram tab of a flow, a decision shape appears as a diamond ( ).
