Back Forward Desktop API

Certain standard text file rules (Rule-File-Text rule type) with a final key part of "JS" contain JavaScript source code for functions that may be useful in customizing the look and behavior of the PRPC Portal, user forms, and reports.

Together, these functions are known as the Desktop API. To access information about them, select Help> APIs > Desktop.

NoteDon't confuse the Desktop API with the Public API, a collection of Java (not JavaScript) facilities, or the Process Engine API, a collection of activities for work items.
