My Rules

The My Rules area on Case Manager and Manager portals list rules delegated to you personally or delegated to everyone sharing your access group. Each delegated rule is identified by a shortcut link (a favorite).

• From the Manager portal, use the Delegated Rules area on the Dashboard workspace, to access a personal list of the rules delegated to you. To open a delegated rule, click its label in the list.
• From the WorkManager portal, use the My Business Rules area on the Dashboard workspace to access a personal list of the rules delegated to you. For example, this area provides quick access to three rules. Click any label to open the corresponding delegated rule.

In Pega 7.1+, you access favorites:

• From Designer Studio, select My Favorites from your profile menu to access a list of rules delegated to you and ones you set as your personal favorites, or use the Private Explorer.
• From the Case Manager portal header, select Options > My Rules to open the My Business Rules list and view the rules delegated to you.
