Agent

The Pega-ProcessEngine agent supports calculations defined in case type rules. If your application includes these rules, enable the Agent Schedule instance for this agent. GRP-11771 MIRAT

Tracer

You can send case type calculations to the tracer by adding CaseType as an event type. See Tracer — Setting Options.

Standard case type rule

Your system contains the standard case type rule PegaSample-CustomerRequest.pyDefault. This rule is included in the sample application defined by the PegaSample work pool and demonstrates operation of a case type rule.

Rule updates on the History tab

Click the View Full History button on the History tab to display a record of rules edited or created from the Case Designer Stages & Processes tab. This feature allows system architects to review updates made by business analysts and other developers. It also allows business analysts to easily convey to fellow team members a record of configuration changes.
