A delegated rule is a favorite that is visible to a specific user or group of users with a specific access group. The purpose of rule delegation is to facilitate rule management outside of the development environment.

The My rules Operator menu option in the Case Manager portal.
The Manage Change link in the Case Manager portal.
Rule delegation does not eliminate the need for appropriate access roles and privileges to edit rules in your application.
