).Timeliness reporting compares the elapsed time needed to complete of assignments with the goals and deadlines defined in service-level agreements. An assignment not completed by the deadline time is described as untimely. On the worklist display, untimely assignments are highlighted with a yellow or red clock icon ().
Managers can access reports on timeliness from the Monitor Activity workspace.
