Adding a top-level case type

Use the case type wizard to create case types that accomplish work in your application.

  1. Click + Add a case type in the Case Type Explorer to launch the case type wizard.

  2. Name your case type.

  3. Define the stages in the life cycle of your case type.

After you add a new case type to your application, you can create cases using the +Create menu.
