Connection tab

In the Connection section, you need to specify a master Hadoop host. This host should contain HDFS NameNode and HBase master node. You can also select Use HDFS configuration and Use HBase configuration check boxes to display additional configuration for HDFS and HBase data sets.
Note: Before you can connect to Apache HBase data store, upload the HBase client jars into the application container with the Pega 7 Platform. You need different jars for particular versions of Apache HBase data store, so the jars are not in the Pega 7 Platform database and they need to be uploaded.

Note: This field is disabled and ignored at runtime for HBase connectors when the Intended for field is set to queuing.
