Before creating a service request processor, create or identify a service package data instance; the name of the service package becomes the first key part of the service request processor data instances.

Create a service request processor data instance by selecting Service Request Processor from the Integration-Resources category.

A service request processor instance has two key parts:

Service Package Name

Select the name of the service package that represents the service rule(s) this request processor will support.
Request Processor Name

Enter a name for this request processor. Begin the name with a letter, and use only alphanumeric characters, ampersands, and dashes.
