Create a COS Printer data instance by selecting COS Printer from the SysAdmin category.

A COS Printer instance has a single-part key:

Printer Name

Enter a name for the COS printer using only alphanumeric and dashes characters. This value does not need to match any other identifier for this printer.

The names you use here are available on the Correspondence rule form as a destination printer.
