adaptive model

Adaptive models are scoring models created through running strategies when adaptive model components are executed in the process of issuing the decision. These models output predictions calculated and adapted in real time as interaction results are captured. Adaptive model instances configure the models in the ADM system by defining the settings that influence the behavior of the adaptive models. When adding adaptive model components to a strategy, you configure the propositions the adaptive model is going to model and the interpretation of the outputs. Adaptive models belong to the self-learning aspect of Decision Management. They are typically used in the absence of historical records. An adaptive model is an instance of the Rule-Decision-AdaptiveModel rule type.
