As-of data processing is used during rule resolution to select a circumstanced version of a rule based on the value of a specified date property. Circumstanced versions that specify a date property evaluate the value stored in the date property at run time, unlike circumstanced versions that specify a date range, which evaluate the system's current time at run time.
