A delegated rule is is visible to a specific user or group of users with a specific access group. The purpose of rule delegation is to facilitate rule management outside of the development environment.
A delegated rule can be a favorite, accessible from Designer Studio, Manager, or Case Manager portal, or it can be a paragraph, decision table, or data type accessible from the Case Manager portal.
Rule delegation does not eliminate the need for appropriate access roles and privileges to edit rules in your application.
