Form Builder is a tool that manages fields on the forms that are associated with steps in a case type. Use it to create new fields and forms, reuse existing fields, and provide configuration details for each field, such as the values in a drop-down list.
You can access Form Builder in the following ways:
In Case Designer, click Configure form when a step is in focus.
In Process Outline View, click Configure form when an assignment is selected.
Click Yes, I'll add a form now while processing a step in a case that does not have a form defined.
