note attachment

A note attachment is an unformatted text message that a user can add to a work item. This may be typed in, or pasted in using the Windows clipboard.

The attachment is saved as an instance of the Data-WorkAttach-Note class. After it is entered and saved, a note attachment cannot later be edited.
