The Operator menu provides access to your operator profile and a number of features, depending on from which location you access the menu and your application configuration. For example, in the Designer Studio, you can access your Operator ID and access group; in the Case Manager and CaseWorker portals, you can switch portals, change operator workbaskets, and configure bulk actions.
You can access the Operator menu in the Designer Studio, Pega 7 Express, or from the Case Manager, CaseWorker, WorkManager, or Manager portal, by clicking your name.
