Launches the local action in a panel overlaying the current window. The user can dismiss it by clicking outside the overlay area or through an explicit Display>Close action, configured in the local action. Use an overlay to display information such as simple forms or flows. You can use this in conjunction with actions on other controls; for example, a Text Input box, to create an advanced picker as shown in the UI Gallery: Designer Studio> User Interface > UI Gallery > Combinations > Search and Select > Using Overlay.
