A workbasket is a queue of open assignments. Items in a workbasket can be processed in one of the following ways:
Manually — Qualified users can remove an assignment from the workbasket to work on it or transfer an assignment to another user's worklist.
Automatically — Your application can route assignments from a workbasket to a user's worklist based on schedules, due dates, skills, workloads, and other factors.
To view the workbaskets in your application, open the Designer Studio > Process & Rules > Work Management > Workbaskets landing page.
