You can configure the Send Email shape after it is added to a flow. By customizing the default functionality that the shape provides, you can control the number of recipients and the format of the email message.
Double-click the Send Email shape in a flow, or click a step in Case Designer that uses the Send Email shape.
Identify the email recipients.
Click Email address.
In the To field, enter a property reference or a comma-separated list of email addresses.
Click Party.
Click + Add Item.
In the Parties field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a work party.
In the Subject field, enter a property reference or text for the title for the email.
Define the contents of the email.
Click Rich text.
Use the rich text editor to create and style the message.
Click Correspondence.
In the Correspondence template field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a correspondence rule that contains a preset message.
Optional: Include attachments in the email.
Select the Send attachments check box.
Click an option in the Attach list.
If you clicked by Category, define a list of attachment categories by clicking Add Item and entering a name in the Categories field.
In the Audit note field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a field value that is added to the history, or audit trail, of the case when the Send Email shape is processed.
Click Save.
