Note: This form is deprecated. Use the Connect CMIS form instead. Rules created previously will still work, but you cannot create new ones.

Use the Environment tab to configure information used to find and log into an external Atom server.

Field

Description
Atom Server URI

Enter the URI of the external Atom server. Do not include details pertaining to the individual Atom feed.

This field supports the Global Resource Settings syntax (=PageName.PropertyName). The default property name for this field is pyAtomServerURI. For more information, see Using the Global Resource Settings feature.
User ID

Enter the user ID of the account that your system uses to connect to the Atom server.

This field supports the Global Resource Settings syntax (=PageName.PropertyName). The default property name for this field is pyAtomServerUserID. For more information, see Using the Global Resource Settings feature.
Password

Optional. If required, enter the password of the user account specified in the User ID field.

This field supports the Global Resource Settings syntax (=PageName.PropertyName). The default property name for this field is pyAtomServerPassword. For more information, see Using the Global Resource Settings feature.
Test Connectivity

After you complete this tab and save the Atom Server data instance, click to confirm that your system can connect to the Atom server.

The system presents test results in a separate window, identifying the parameters used in the test, the steps attempted, and the outcome of each step.
