Push notifications in a mobile application

A custom mobile application (app) built in Designer Studio can be set to automatically push notifications to a mobile device. These notifications include indications that an action may be required, that a status update is available, or that a case was approved.

Do the following steps to use push notifications:

1. Set up push notifications in a workflow
2. Enable push notifications:
   • For the Android mobile app
   • For the iOS mobile app
3. Build the mobile app
