Clearing actions in sync queue

Follow the steps shown below to clear any actions in the sync queue. Keep in mind that some actions could fail when synchronization takes place, for instance, when:

If any actions fail, such rejected actions will be exposed in the queue on this page. It is possible to review the error message and clear such a rejected action, one by one, or clear all of them by clicking Clear rejected actions.

  1. Log in to the custom mobile app.
  2. Click SettingsSync queue from the menu.
  3. A page displays all the actions currently in the custom mobile sync queue, in other words, any actions that were saved while working offline.
  4. Click Clear rejected actions to delete all actions from the sync queue that have been rejected by the server.

Note: This page is only available for a custom mobile app that has been created with the offline capability.
