Simulating offline capability

Selecting the Simulate offline check box in the system info pages, simulates the offline capability without your device physically going offline. Clearing this check box automatically turns the custom mobile app back to online mode triggering the synchronization process, as if transitioning from offline to online.

1. Log in to the custom mobile app.
2. Click Settings > System info from the menu.
3. Select the Simulate offline check box.

Note: This check box is only available if the offline capability has been enabled for the custom mobile application.
