Case status indicates the progress of a case towards resolution. You can set the status of a case by providing a status value in the configuration of a shape in a flow or by using any standard rule that sets the value of the standard property Work-.pyStatusWork.
Use the Status Values landing page to view the status values that are available in your application. You can use these status values as you work in Case Designer or Process Modeler, or define a set of custom status values.
