As you use the Pega 7 Platform, Internet Explorer automatically prompts you to download Microsoft ActiveX controls (also known as OCX files) to support special functions.
You can download the ActiveX controls by using an installer BAT file. This file is named OCXInstaller.zip and is available on the Resource kit in the Pega 7 Platform distribution media. After you download this file, ActiveX controls reside in the Downloaded Program Files directory. For more information, see the PDN article How to download all ActiveX controls at once.
