Selecting an internal database

Select a database record to enable the Predictive Analytics Director to read and write data. By default, the PAD repository is assumed to be configured by the PegaDATA database instance. Change this setting to use a dedicated database.

Note: Change the internal daatabase record only when when PAD database does not have open projects. If you apply new settings and there are operators actively using the Predictive Analytics Director portal, they can experience unexpected software behavior and project inconsistencies.

1. Click Designer Studio > Decisioning > Predictive Analytics > Predictive Analytics Director Settings.
2. In the Database Configuration section, in the Select internal database field, specify the database record for the Predictive Analytics Director.
3. Click Save.
