Email instantiation provides a remote way to create cases.
For example, a field agent can send an email after completing the initial assessment of a flood site. When the email message is received, an Insurance Claim case is automatically created. This allows an available case worker to pick up the case and move it closer to resolution.
Email instantiation requires a properly configured email account and relies on an email listener to monitor incoming messages. To see the email accounts and email listeners that are currently active in your system, open the Designer Studio > Integration > Email landing page.
