Enabling the Client Clipboard

Client Clipboard is used on iOS devices to query both cases and data used by a custom mobile app built to support an offline mode.

To enable the Client Clipboard feature to troubleshoot your custom mobile application running in the offline mode:

1. In Designer Studio, configure your application to run in the offline mode, as described in the Offline capability section.
2. Prepare your application for building, as described in Building mobile apps.
3. On the Mobile tab, in the right-hand pane, select the Apple iOS target device platform.
4. Select the Turn on debugging (iOS) check box.
5. In the What should be logged? list, select the required log level.
6. Click Build now. The files are sent to the build server and are used to build a custom mobile application equipped with the Client Clipboard.
