Setting up debugging options

To test and debug the Android custom mobile app that is under development, you must enable debugging and optionally set the log level.

1. In Designer Studio, open the Application rule form.
2. On the Mobile tab, click Custom mobile app.
3. In the right-hand pane, select the Android target device platform.
4. Expand the Advanced section.
5. Select the Enable debugging (Android) check box, to enable the debugging capability.
6. In the Select logging level list, select the required log level (Silent, Error, Warning, Info, or Debug).
7. Click Save.
