Viewing actions in sync queue

A  Sync queue page displays all actions currently in the custom mobile app queue, in other words, any actions that were saved while working offline.

Refreshing the page forces a reload of the actions on the screen. If you are online, this queue will likely to be empty since actions are sent to the server immediately. The action queue should only fill up when you are working offline.

When you display actions in the sync queue, for each action the following is displayed:

To view actions in the synch queue, follow the steps shown below.

  1. Log in to the custom mobile app.
  2. Click SettingsSync queue from the menu.
  3. Refresh the contents displayed on this page, if needed.

Note: This page is only available for a custom mobile app that has been created with the offline capability.
