Adding a question page to a survey

You can add a question page to a survey to organize the simple and complex questions that users answer at run time.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Survey Management.

  2. Click Edit next to the name of a survey.

  3. Click Add Question Page.

  4. In the Add Page dialog box, click Create new.

  5. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the question page.

    You can change the value in the ID field, which is populated based on the value that you provide in the Name field.

  6. Expand the Settings section and review the default values in the Applies to, Ruleset, and Version fields.

    You can change these values to ensure that you can reuse this question page in other surveys in your application.

  7. In the Instructions field, enter text to display to users that describes the purpose of the question page.

  8. Expand the Advanced section and select a Category for the page from the options offered.
  9. Click Submit to close the Add Question Page dialog box.

  10. Click Save.

The question page is created in the class and ruleset that you provide. You can view, edit, or copy it by using the Survey Management landing page.

Note: This functionality is available when you purchase and install the PegaSurvey application.
