You can display text to users when they hover on a question in a survey. By providing supporting information about the question, you can help users provide an answer quickly and completely.
Create a section in a class and ruleset that is compatible with your survey, and then configure the section to display text.
For example, you can use a paragraph in the section to display the definition of a primary care physician.
Click Designer Studio > Survey Management, and then click Edit next to the name of a survey that has at least one question page defined.
Expand the name of a question page, and then click View/Edit next to the name of a question.
Expand the Advanced section.
In the SmartInfo Section field, enter the name of the section that contains the hover text.
Click Save.
On the Survey Builder page, click Save.
