About Product Patch rules

This rule type is deprecated. Beginning with PRPC Version 5.5, you can use a product rule — rather than a product patch rule — to create a ZIP archive that contains only a single RuleSet Version. However, product patch rules remain supported and operate as in earlier releases.
Complete the Product Patch form to supplement the product in a previously created Product rule. For example, you can send enhancement rules and fix rules in a ZIP archive file.
Use the Records Explorer to list all the product rules that are available to you.
Use product migration to create a product patch ZIP archive and migrate it to a target system.
Product patch rules are instances of the Rule-Admin-Product-Patch class. They belong to the SysAdmin category.
