Data page unit test cases are a way to validate that application data is loaded correctly. Data page unit test cases compare the expected value of one or more properties with their actual values in a data page.
Before you begin creating tests, your application must be configured for automated testing. See PDN article Automated data page testing: application setup for details about configuring your application for automated testing.
The data page unit test case landing page lets you manage your data page unit tests. It lists all of the data page unit tests in your application. From the landing page you can selectively run data page automated test cases and view whether they have passed or failed, whether data pages have started experiencing changes in their run time, and create new data page unit tests. You can access from the Data Explorer by selecting View all test cases from the menu at the top right of the Data Explorer.
