Dashboard widgets

The following widgets are supported by your dashboard. Some widgets have optional configuration options that you can use to personalize your dashboard.

Displays the stages and steps for each case type in your application.

Displays all cases that you create.

Displays a responsive list of work items that you are currently following.

Options include changing the number of items displayed per page and the visibility of the Bulk unfollow option.

Displays all cases with respect to your current location.

Options include changing the distance from your current location and the metric used (kilometer or mile).

Displays the users in your workgroup and the number of their open assignments.

Work queues

Displays a list of work queues in your application.

Worklist

Displays a list of work that is assigned to you.

Options include changing the source of the list to a specific work queue or workgroup.

Displays a map that shows your current location and open assignments.

Options include selecting an automatic or fixed height for the map.

Weather

Displays the current weather for a location, the high and low temperatures, and the current city.

Options include changing the temperature scale and setting a fixed location.

Note: You need to set an API key to display the Weather widget.
