Viewing record lists

You can view all non-deprecated rules and data instances in your application in the record lists that you open in Records and Application Explorers.

In the Application Explorer, you can:

In the Records Explorer, you can select a rule type from a rule category to view instances of the rule type.

You can perform the following tasks.

Filter the results in the columns by clicking the Filter icon, entering text for which to search, and clicking Apply.
Clear the search results by completing one of the following actions.
- Click Refresh to clear all search criteria.
- Click the Filter icon and click Clear Filter to clear the search criteria for a column.
Click any rule in the instance list to open its rule form.
Select a rule type in the Application Explorer and then select the Include Inherited check box to see the rules in the selected [class name] and all parent classes.
Click +Create to create a new record that applies to the specified [class name]. Deprecated rule types do not appear.
