Interaction History landing page

Use the Interaction History landing page to access reports defined on Data-Decision-IH-Fact and to monitor interaction results.

This landing page displays four default reports:

• Accept rate - This percentage-based report shows the acceptance per proposition group.
• Volume by channel - This volume-based report shows propositions offered per channel.
• Volume by proposition - This volume-based report indicates the number of propositions that were made.
• Recent interactions - This report displays interaction history records that have been gathered over the last 30 days.
