You can configure the Attach Content shape after you add it to a flow. By customizing the shape, you can control the kind of information that is attached to the case at run time.
Double-click the Attach Content shape in a flow, or click a step in Case Designer that uses the Attach Content shape.
Click an option in the Attachment type list that describes the format of the expected attachment.
Optional: In the Attachment category field, press the Down Arrow key and select an option that describes the business classification of the expected attachment.
Enter a value in one of the following fields, based on the Attachment type that you selected:
File name — Enter the name of a binary file rule.
Additional options, such as a link to open the binary file rule, are displayed after you provide a value in this field.
URL — Enter a Uniform Resource Locator or Uniform Resource Identifier that points to an external file or resource on the Internet.
Note — Enter descriptive text.
In the Attachment description field, enter text that describes why the attachment is added to the case.
Optional: In the Audit note field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a field value that defines a localized message.
This message is added to the history, or audit trail, of the case when the Attach Content shape is processed.
Click Submit.
