Configuring the Send via DocuSign shape

You can configure the Send via DocuSign shape after you add it to a flow. You can override a number of data transforms to configure the signature request to DocuSign. You can update your DocuSign account credentials and configure the documents that you want to send for electronic signatures, the recipients of the documents, and the document interaction points.

  1. Double-click the Send via DocuSign shape in a flow, or click a step in Case Designer that uses the Send via DocuSign shape.

  2. Optional: In the Envelope field, enter the top-level page name that is populated in the pyPrepareNewEnvelope data transform.
  3. Note: The pyPrepareNewEnvelope data transform is extensible and references other data transforms that you can override to configure the behavior of this shape. For more information, see Integrating DocuSign with the Pega 7 Platform on the PDN.

  4. Optional: In the Audit note field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a field value that defines a localized message.
  5. This message is added to the history, or audit trail, of the case when the Send via DocuSign shape is processed.

  6. Select Enable navigation link to identify the shape as an entry point.
  7. Click Submit.
