Exporting a business issue, project, or template from PAD

You can export resources (business issues, project, and templates) and save them locally on your computer. You can export only closed projects and business issues that contain closed projects. Typically, you export resources when they need to be moved between different instances of thePega 7 Platformbecause of the system upgrades, data center migrations, or capacity increase.

  1. In PAD, click the Manage Resources section.

  2. Find a business issue, project, or template that you want to export.

  3. In the Action column, click Manage > Export.

  4. Save the resource.
