Preparing the assets.zip file

You upload previously developed custom modules to the Pega 7 Platform from the assets.zip file. This file is primarily used to upload branding assets but you use the same procedure to upload folders that contain custom modules.

1. To obtain the file:
   1. Right-click the assets.zip (0.83 MB) file.
   2. Save the file to your directory.
2. In this file, replace the default files and folders with your custom modules. For a detailed description of the assets.zip file directory structure that is used for uploading custom modules, see Contents of the assets package.

Note: This file contains custom module resources only. If you want to upload branding and custom module resources, you must merge the contents of this file with the contents of the file described in Custom branding assets.
