You can add a survey as a step in a stage to ask users for information while they process a case. By using the Survey smart shape, you can integrate a survey with the life cycle of a case. At run time, the survey is formatted to run in the case based on these settings.
Tip: Use multiple subprocesses in the same flow to call a group of surveys in succession. This approach is helpful if you need to upgrade a deprecated survey group.
In the explorer panel of Designer Studio, click Cases and then click the name of a case type.In the navigation panel, click Cases and then click the name of a case type. If you are working offline, open a flow.
In the stage to which you want to add a survey, click + Step> More > Utilities, and select Survey.
Click Select to add a survey to the step.
In the Parameters panel, configure the survey:
Survey name - Press the Down Arrow key to select a survey from the list, or click the compass to create one.
Optional: In the Audit note field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a Rule-Message rule to control the text of instances added to the work item history (the "audit trail") when a flow execution completes this connector.
Click Save.
Note: This functionality is available when you purchase and install the PegaSurvey application.
