Obtaining hotfix packages

Send the results of your latest system scan to Pegasystems Global Customer Support to obtain hotfix packages.

To create a scan result file:

  1. Navigate to the Hotfix Manager landing page:
    Designer StudioSystem > Release > Hotfix Manager
  2. Click Actions > Download Scan Result to save the scan result as a zip file.
  3. Send the scan result file to Pegasystems Global Customer Support.
