Changing the icon of a case type

You can change the icon that is displayed in the Case Manager portal and tabs of open cases in Designer Studio. By using a unique icon for each case type, you can visually differentiate cases in your application.

  1. In the Explorer panel, click Cases, and then click the case type that you want to open.

  2. On the Settings tab, click General.

  3. Click Change icon to open a list of supported icons.

  4. Select a thumbnail from the list and click OK.

  5. Click Save.

Note: The icon that you set in Case Designer overrides the image in the Icon field of the Cases & data tab on the Application rule form.
